Katie was originally from Colorado, and settled in Florida in 1988. She was an over the road truck driver and screen printer in her past employment. She is widowed and has a daughter Stacy and 2 granddaughters. Katie has been sewing and quilting for over 20 years.
At Heartfelt, Katie could most often be found at the cutting tables. She was a familiar face to most of our long-time customers. If you come in looking for fabric you have previously purchased Katie was your go to, because she typically knew where that fabric was or if it was sold out. Katie now enjoys the comforts of her home and stops by to visit when she is able. Katie was ready to retire but we weren't ready for that or for anyone to forget her, so we're keeping on our team for now!
